Our recent notable transactions include:

  1. the direct acquisition of a group of Malaysian incorporated companies primarily involved in pest control and hygiene services by a London Stock Exchange listed company;

  2. the indirect acquisition of a group of Malaysian incorporated companies specialising in maintenance, repair and rental of equipment for oil and gas and marine related industries by a Singapore company;

  3. the acquisition by a leading international sales, marketing and support services group, of a global group of companies specialising in distribution of professional audio-visual products and solution;

  4. the indirect acquisition of major assets / businesses of a UK incorporated company in Malaysia involved in hygiene services by a London Stock Exchange listed company;

  5. the disposal of business assets and undertakings by a UK company in East Malaysia to a Malaysian company;

  6. the indirect acquisition of foreign owned Malaysian subsidiaries specialising in provision of training in oil and gas and marine related industries by a Danish company;

  7. the direct acquisition of a group of Malaysian incorporated companies primarily involved in the provision of software development by a UK incorporated company;

  8. the indirect acquisition of foreign owned Malaysian subsidiaries specialising in manufacturing of automated equipment and components by a PRC company;

  9. advising on the setting-up, incorporation and shareholding structure in respect of an international oil & gas company’s expansion in East Malaysia;

  10. advising on the pledging of assets owned by the Malaysian subsidiaries of a China based borrower as security in respect of a USD25.5 million corporate loan by an international financial institution to a China based borrower; and

  11. advising on the corporate guarantee agreements provided by the Malaysian subsidiary of a US-based listed company, as security for a £850 million syndicated credit facility provided by a number of international financial institutions to the US-based listed company.
