Dhevasree graduated with a Second Class (Upper Division) Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Malaya in 2025. During her studies, Dhevasree was actively involved in extracurricular leadership, serving as an officer and a director in various societies within and beyond the university.

Her exposure to dispute resolution began during the internships she completed at firms of various sizes, where she gained experience across multiple areas of the law. These opportunities provided her with a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and client interaction, as well as valuable insight into diverse practice environments.

During her pupillage, Dhevasree has assisted with legal research and drafting in a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes, including matters relating to directors’ and shareholders’ rights and liabilities, contempt of court, insolvency matters, and conspiracy claims.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2022. She completed her pupillage at the firm under the tutelage of Daniel Albert and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2024.

With a primary focus on corporate and commercial litigation, Amanda has experience in a broad range of matters, including contractual disputes, contentious insolvency proceedings, defamation claims and estate-related litigation.

Beyond litigation, Amanda has a keen interest in pro bono activities, having volunteered with Street Feeders of KL during her university days – an experience that deepened her commitment to justice and social responsibility.

Thevan read law at the University of London and thereafter obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023.

As regards corporate disputes, Thevan assisted in successfully securing multiple layers of urgent injunctive reliefs for one of Malaysia’s largest medical laboratories in a contentious joint venture partnership dispute involving serious allegations of fraud, misappropriation of funds and assets, and the unlawful use of confidential information and intellectual property.

He has also acted and successfully assisted in securing a judgment for one of Malaysia’s largest steel mills in a contractual dispute against another key player in the Malaysian steel industry. The significance of this matter lies in the nuanced and complex issues of law involved.

Thevan further dabbles in other areas of the law, including banking litigation, personal and corporate insolvency, disciplinary proceedings, land disputes, contentious probate matters, administrative law matters and judicial review.

Nicholas holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of London and obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice in 2019. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2021.

In a complex asset recovery matter involving alleged imposters falsely claiming ties to one of the world’s largest glove manufacturers during the COVID-19 pandemic, he assisted in obtaining Mareva and Proprietary Injunctions, along with Ancillary Disclosure Orders.

With respect to corporate disputes, Nicholas assisted the board of directors of a well-known investment holding company in successfully invalidating notices for an extraordinary general meeting aimed at forcing a backdoor winding-up, as well as securing consequential injunctive relief.

As regards defamation, Nicholas also assisted in defending the Prime Minister of Malaysia in defamation proceedings commenced by his immediate predecessor, concerning public statements made in relation to a complex waiver and debt restructuring scheme involving the write-off of RM 8.3 billion in debts owed by settlers of a statutory body.
